Join us for a two and a half hour online cacao ceremony. Cacao has been used for thousands of years by ancient cultures. Indigenous Mayan legends tell us that whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rainforest to open people’s hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony.
Ceremonial cacao is a catalyst to promote inner well-being and introspection in time of change. Combining the power of cacao with the healing sounds of the drum, we will take you on an inner journey to transcend the limitations of the mind and create a transformational experience.
What is cacao
Known as the “food of the gods”, cacao /kə-ˈkau̇/ (the unrefined ingredient of chocolate) is the seed found in the fruit of the cacao tree. The seeds, also known as beans, were first discovered by the Mayans. When first exported to the New World, it was originally considered a luxury, but the processed product of cacao has now become a worldwide commodity.
Our ceremonial cacao comes from deep within the jungles of Guatemala, where the magic of smoldering volcanoes still wafts in the air. Cacao has been grown there for over 3500 years and it is here that we find some of the original cacao plantations, unexploited by industrial agriculture. This cacao is hand picked and then carefully processed by a women's cacao collective following traditional methods, with the intent of sharing cacao’s healing spirit with the world.

The spirit of cacao can assist you in: letting go of old stories and narratives, cleansing negativity, opening your heart to growth, feeling uplifted, and remembering who you truly are. Combining the power of cacao with the healing sounds of the drum and music, we will transcend the limitations of the mind and create a deeply transformational experience.
